Commenced as a patient, and ending up as a Physical Therapy Technician, Alberto Arriola is 22 years of age and is currently working as a tech for QRN . With an Associate’s Degree from Arizona Western College, Albert is in pursuit of becoming a PTA. During his time off, Alberto loves painting, playing softball, and exercising.

Hello my name is Rosemary Jose and I am a new family member to the QRN team. I started out in nursing in 1991 from North Hollywood, CA, my healthcare marketing adventure began in 1993. I have been very active in our Yuma healthcare community for over 25 years. I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my four grandchildren. I enjoy drinking a glass of wine and listening to Elton John, Kenny Loggins, and 70s music. My motto is: “We are on this stage only one time. Make it count!”​

Aldo Guevara – Physical Therapy Technician

My name is Aldo and I have worked at QRN as a Physical Therapy Technician for over 3 years, but have worked in the Physical Therapy field for almost 15 years. I really enjoy this field of work and working with people who need rehabilitation. In my spare time, I love to be with family. Playing basketball with my friends or my son is one of my favorite things to do. I also play musical instruments such as the guitar, drums, saxophone, and accordion. During the weekend, I enjoy riding horses at my ranch and most importantly, sleeping.

Faith Jones- Office Administrator/CFO

From Erie, Pennsylvania to Yuma, Arizona, I completed my Occupational Therapy Assistant degree in 1996 and have worked as a therapist in Skilled Nursing Hospitals and Home Health settings. I joined the QRN team in November of 2014 where I oversee the daily operations of the business. I am still licensed as a COTA/L, and will occasionally make hand splints for our QRN patients. I love to cook and enjoy looking for new recipes, and would someday love to own my own Bed and Breakfast.

Alex Galabiz

My name is Alex Galabiz, I am a born and bred here in Yuma, Arizona. I have been with QRN for just under a year. It has been nothing but a learning and fun experience. In my time being here I was moving furniture and lacerated my tendons in my left forearm. With that injury my doctors sent me to therapy and of course I went with the best in town QRN. It gave me a better understanding on how the patients feel. So come on down to QRN and get the best physical and aquatic therapy Yuma has to offer. Where we call

Shelley Everett – Office Manager

I am responsible for collecting, posting and managing patient accounts. I also submit claims, print patient statements, and follow up with insurance companies for prompt payment. I am here to answer any questions or concerns from patients and insurance companies to identify and resolve patient billing complaints. I come to you with over 10 years of billing experience in the medical field.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending it with my children Nick, Shelby, and Kyle. We enjoy spending time outdoors and hanging out with family or friends.

Evaristo Coronado – Referral Clerk/Computer Consultant

Evaristo has been with QRN for over 9 years. He verifies insurance benefits for our patients and tends to our computers when they malfunction. Evaristo enjoys spending time with family, reading, cooking, hiking, and tinkering with computers.

Edith Saldana – Physical Therapy Technician

Edith Saldana was born in Guanajuato, Mexico but raised in Yuma, AZ where she now raises her three beautiful daughters. Edith has been working as a Physical Therapy Technician for over 13 years at QRN. She enjoys helping others and observing patients heal each day from their injuries.

Obdulia Saldana “Duly” – Physical Therapy Technician

Duly was born in Guanajuato, Mexico. She later then moved to Yuma, AZ with her entire family which includes her mom, dad, and eight siblings. She graduated from Cibola High School in 2000. Her first job she ever had was when she was the age of 16 as a busser for a restaurant. She also worked as a caregiver in 2003. In 2005, she began working at QRN as a Physical Therapy Technician until present. Her family consist of three beautiful children and her beloved husband. Duly enjoys basketball and also plays soccer. She is a soccer mom and wife and she loves spending quality time with her family. Things they do together might include going out of town, especially to Rosarito and Puerto Penasco, Mexico where they enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the beach.

Carl Malmquist (El Jefe)

Carl is the present owner of QRN, which has been serving Yuma County for over 14 years. Carl graduated from Simmons College with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from his home state of Massachusetts. The former officer in the Marine Corps has over 20 years of experience in the Physical Therapy field and was instrumental in bringing Aquatic Therapy to the Yuma area. An avid sports enthusiast, he enjoys golf and racquetball in his leisure time. God, country, and Corps. Family always. Semper Fi!

Kellie Ouellette – Office Assistant

Foothills Office

Kellie is the front desk coordinator at the Foothills office. Her role at the front desk includes greeting, checking-in, and collecting personal, medical, and insurance information for each patient. Kellie is also responsible for contacting new patients and making sure they are scheduled for appointments with us at a time that is most convenient for them. She also schedules, reschedules, and confirms all appointments with each patient.
Her time away from the office is spent doing several outdoor activities that include camping, hiking, fishing, and living an active/adventurous lifestyle. She also enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her chocolate lab, Duke, who goes with her on any and all adventures.

Selza Lopez – Physical Therapy Technician

I am a Physical Therapy Technician at QRN where I love my job. I love working with patients and family members making it known that we are there to help them because it makes me feel good. I have been volunteering at Yuma Regional Medical Center for over five years. I work in two different departments, three days a week. My time away from work is spent with my family and taking walks throughout my neighborhood.

Laysa Ramirez

Laysa Ramirez was born and raised in Yuma, Arizona, and graduated from Kofa High School in 2001. Laysa adores spending time with her 8 month old baby boy along with the rest of her lovely family.
Laysa began working at QRN in 2008 as a Physical Therapy Technician and enjoyed caring for patients through that position for 4 years. In 2012, Laysa transferred to become an office assistant where she enjoys welcoming and assisting patients along with many other skill. Laysa is a determined and vigorous individual; she loves helping others, and she is passionate about fighting for what you desire and believe in life.
